Genie Tummy Coverup

The original costume for the Genie is the bra and sleeve section of this top. The actress wearing it didn't want her tummy to be seen so I constructed a 2 layer chiffon skirt which is longer at the front and back and shorter on both sides to attach to the bra.
It has silver bias bound edges at the front with tassels on every point.
