‘No Fishing’ Headdress

An existing headdress needed changing to fit the new theme.
From Robinsons who were a sponser to change into a marine theme. I was asked to replace the Robinsons squash bottle with a fish bowl and anything I thought would go with the theme. The oranges were to be left to tie in to the dress that was very orange.
Design & Construction
I made the 'No Fishing' sign out of plasterzote. Plasterzote is a very light weight and durable dense foam, it can be carved in to and painted once sealed. The wig used was quite high at the front and it seemed a little top heavy so I put a stripe of nude lycra across the forehead for support and balance.
